Rockcliffe has a very flat organizational structure consisting of the Officers of the Organization and Team Members. We try to encourage a very fluid peer-to-peer relationship among all volunteers. This provides a large degree of autonomy, when individual team members want to take on dedicated sub-projects, as well as opportunities to work in teams. Rockcliffe’s goal over the next five (5) years is to turn as many of these volunteer positions into full time careers as possible. To do that we need your help.
