Knowledge Emergence

Education is all about two very distinct processes: knowledge emergence and knowledge transferance. Rockcliffe is conducting research into each of these separate processes and the role in which virtual visualization techniques play in the development of cognitive processes. Research in this field includes:

  • 3D concept mapping;
  • virtual environments and their impacts on knowledge transferance;
  • social networking and its impact on knowledge emergence; and
  • new methods of fast tracking research projects in order to keep pace with run-away innovation.
