Rockcliffe can act as your lease-hold service provider for full island simulators or portions of sims as facilities become available. Rockcliffe can provide full management of a simulator including everything from terraforming, to building construction, to security services.

Builds include basic terraforming, initial placement of generic general purpose buildings, furniture, conference rooms, group set-up, and orientation to your facilities. Standard Linden Lab fees shall apply for any changes to Sims after the initial setup. Pricing is available upon request.
Value Added Add-ons:
Live Security Patrols (provide by the Virtual Police Department in Second Life)
Add: $20/mth for the first simulator plus $4/mth per each additional sim thereafter

All services are billable in 4 hour increments plus cost of materials if any. Estimates will always be provided and agreed to in advance.
